Return and exchange policy at Merova  

All our products are Turkish  Upon receipt of the order, please check carefully (model – color – size)

If there is a problem with the order, please do not receive it and do not pay any shipping costs and send the problem to the page to get the appropriate product.

If you purchase more than one piece and the customer wants to replace or return one or two pieces, please receive the entire order and inform the page and another representative will be sent to receive the pieces to be replaced/returned with the refund of the amount paid in cash with the representative, deducting shipping costs only.

The customer has the right to replace or return the product with paying shipping costs only.

Please note that it is permissible to measure, replace and return all pieces except (Bra Set – Bras) based on the directives of the Egyptian Ministry of Health, and this is for your safety.
